The Twins

The other day I found the twins in the ottoman they had turned it upside down. They looked so cute I had to take pictures. At this age I can get them to do most anything I ask them to do. Although I wasn't to happy about them sitting IN the ottoman!

Butterfly Pavilion

We took the kids to the Butterfly Pavilion last Saturday. The kids had a great time!

They had a pet tarantula that you could hold. Rob went first then Jesse.
Taylor was so excited to hold one. I didn't even have to ask her she just ran up and held her hand out.
Chase didn't want anything to do with it until he saw Jesse holding it. Then he wanted to, but before that I tried and tried to get him to hold it. Wow peer pressure at 4. Zack was the only one that didn't want to hold it. I tried with him as well. He was to busy looking at the cockroaches. For some reason he loved them and would stare at the cage forever! I of course got the chills just looking at them.At the end of the tour you go into this very humid room with a ton of butterflies flying around. I only got a few good shots since the didn't land much. The prettiest one never landed for me to take a picture. Here are two butterflies mating. I have never seen that before so I just had to snap a picture!
We had a great day and now I know that my kids love to look at bugs!

Breakfast Anyone?

I was being a good mom and cleaning the kids room yesterday and when I came down I saw this!!!! A brand new box of Raisin brand and Cheerios all over the floor. I wasn't so happy! They were just having fun eating off the floor YUK! I guess I should have started with cleaning the downstairs first.

Just is case you didn't realize how much cereal there really was!!!

My Manly Man

Jesse came running up to me last night with his Bob the builder hat electric screw driver and Taylor's purple purse! I thought it was so cute I had to take a picture!

So much stuff for a little man to carry!

Vinyl Lettering

I wanted to tell you about this place my sister in law told me about. They do vinyl lettering just like uppercase living does. They just do it over the internet. It is SO MUCH CHEAPER. They don't have all the cute pictures that the other places offer, but if you just want words then it is great. Here is their website I couldn't figure out how to do something so I called them and I got a call back in 5 minutes. I ordered the letters on Saturday and I got them on Tuesday. They are located in Brigham City Utah. Here are the two things that I got.
It was hard to get a good picture there was a lot of natural light coming in. This is about 3 feet by 3 feet and there is no way I could have gotten it for the price I got at other places.

Cute Email

My dad sent this to me today. I think it is so cute. I can do most of it, but today I needed to get notes from sacrament meeting. ( you will know what I am talking about in a minute) Today the twins got up at 5:45am so they were so tired. They were not cooperating at all. For some reason Chase wasn't happy either. Rob sang in the choir and I had to fight with them for a little bit. Luckily someone saw my kids misbehaving (who could have missed it) and came and took Jesse away. After the choir sang Zack stood up and as loud as he could said Good Job dad your great. He was also clapping. He sang a solo today!
Last fast and testimony meeting Zack's teacher got up and bore his testimony and talked about our family and a lot about Zack. When we got home from church Rob said wasn't that nice what brother so and so said. I didn't hear a thing what he said. I didn't even leave the chapel that day so I know I didn't miss it then. You think my ears would have perked up by our name, but it didn't. So sad that I missed it. I would have loved to of heard what he said!

Hope you enjoy

New half bath

Our computer is still in the shop, but I decided to look for the cord for my camera. Yeah I found it. Luckily Zack has a computer so I am not cut off from the world. It is so funny how when I unplugged our computer I went straight up to Zack's computer and was so happy that his internet still worked. It is so sad that I rely on the internet so much. We really did need it though we had 2 doctors apts. with new doctors and didn't know where their offices were.

We painted out half bath right after the kitchen. We went with green just to do something different. I really like the color. We are burnt out on painting. Too bad we still have a ton of rooms to do still.I put this cabinet together all by myself. I didn't have the patience to wait until Rob got home.
Here is the green. I think for the master bath I will go with red. Who knows I might chicken out when we get enough gumption to paint again.

3 White Dresses

My mother in law emailed this song to me. I just LOVE it. I don't like country, but I cried hearing it. I just thought of my daughter Taylor growing up. I sure hope she gets her 2 other white dresses! What a great song.

Can't Post Pictures

Today I actually had something to post, but Zack knock over our tower on our computer. Well when Zack knocked over the tower it ruined all our usb ports. I lost my cable cord for my camera so the only way I can upload pictures is with my printer. Now my printer doesn't work since it plugs into a psb port and I can't even get the internet on the computer down stairs. I am not sure why I can get it on Zack's computer since it routes through that one. I am not complaining, but just confused now. So who knows how long it will take. I didn't have a lot to post. My kids have been so good lately not getting into any messes. Part of it is that they are all sick and just veg around the house not feeling well. Less mess for me to clean up!!! Hope we can fix the problem soon.

Christmas Finally Came

I know that February is a little late to get a Christmas present. We ordered our dinning room set 2 weeks before Christmas and it came yesterday. I am excited we had a dinning room for 5 years at our home in Oregon and never got a set. It only took us 4 months in this house to get one. On the same day I got a pictured I ordered from Deseret Book the day after Christmas. It was back ordered so they had to pull some strings for me to get it. I just love it. It is the Portland Temple. even though we have been in Denver for a year now I just couldn't go and get the Denver Temple. The Portland Temple is just to beautiful not to have hanging up!

Cousins

I had my niece and nephew for a day and a half this weekend. My brother and sister in law bought a new house. Since my 4 kids don't have the ability to move boxes I offered to take her kids as my part. Wow I think I will stick to just having 4 kids. My nephew Tanner was a lot of help though! My niece is only 3 months older than the twins so it felt like having triplets. No thinks! So to pass the time along while Rob was working late we put a movie on and had popcorn.

Here is Tanner and Taylor. For some reason they have really hit it off together. Tanner always runs to her first when he gets here to give her a hug. The other day it was so cute. I was just watching Alissa. When Taylor saw her she came running outside with arms open saying Tanner. As soon as she realized there was no Tanner she stopped in mid sentence turned and walked away. No hug for Alissa I guess. Here are some cute pictures of them today. They were being so sweet to each other. I hope they can always be close friends.

Too many cooks in the kitchen

I was cooking dinner last night and once again I had my 3 helpers. I was browning meat and Chase was being so cute telling Taylor to be careful that it was hot and not to touch. Then he told her that she should blow on it to cool it off. They were being very cute until Chase was blowing too hard and spit in the pan YUK! Luckily I saw where it landed and washed that part of the pan. They at least eat dinner. They usually to when they help make it.Not the best picture, but Taylor was blowing so well.
Some nights they all line up and there is no room for me so I have to go on the other side of the bar just to do what REALLY needs to be done. It really is fun since Zack would never care about helping.
